1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used or damaged products
❌ Bulk or special orders

Return Process

• Email us at info@nrpkart.com with order ID and images

• Our team will review and approve eligible requests

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Replacement

Replacement may be offered instead of refund, subject to availability.
